How the Process Works
We will let you know when your products arrive, and a final confirmation will be made on how you want them photographed.
From there we can discuss the types of products you have and how you would like them photographed.
We will then email you an exact cost based on our price list.
Copyright
All images that are photographed by us are copyright and royalty free.
Payment
Please make all cheques payable to Critical Images. All projects require a 50% deposit before photography starts.
Final payment is required before the final images are delivered. To avoid delays please include payment with your shipment.
Turn around
Our standard turn around is 5-7 business days.
Rush services are available, 2-3 days.
Larger project may require a longer turnaround time, 2-3 weeks.
